Have Ejaculation Problem, Low Count Problem. Occasionally Smoking, Drinking Habits. How To Have A Healthy Sexual Life?

sir I have early ezaculation problem with previously history of low counting problem,ocaationally smoking,aklcohal habits are there.now during intercourse i am facing this problem some time which also create confusion on mind.i am just 33yrs old man.now for good healthy sextual life would i able to use duralst occationally.previously i occationally used megalis 10 mg once in aweek one yr before,please suggest

You have mentioned that you have problem with your ejaculation but you have failed to describe the specific problem about ejaculation- is it early or late ejaculation that you are suffering from. Most of the sexual problems are psychological and need not be treated by medications. Infact use of medications like megalis at such an early age is not a good idea. Do consult a sexologist or a psychiatrist to discuss your problem in detail.
If it is premature ejaculation there are good sex therapies that can help you. Only if these therapies do not help you then you need to use some drugs like paroxetine and dapoxetine. Megalis is not a good drug for ejaculatory problems.
