Hi, you need further evaluation for diagnosis. The probable causes are related to cardiovascular system(CVS) or neurological system. So get done ECG, echocardiogram, complete hemogram to rule out any CVS problem. For neurological examination you need to get examined by your doctor once. Get done retinal examination and blood sugar test once.
For time being you can take Tab pregabalin with cyanocobalamine and get examined by your doctor once.
Hope this helps you. Regards
