Have Endometriosis, Hot Flashes, Tiredness, Spotting, Pressure Sensation In Lower Abdomen. What Do They Mean?

Idk if I have endometriosis or im pregnant hot flashes had a brown vaginal disharge n pink spots the next day felt like I had a uti for one day then it went away...been extremely tired fall asleep as if ive been drug last week pain during sex then spotting afterwards but it was rough sex to tare anything today there's a little pressure in my lower abodomen middle section period due tomorrow but I dont have any signs of it such as menstration pain
