Have Experienced Vertigo, Nausea And Vomiting. What To Do?

Hello, the last two nights I have experienced vertigo and last night nausea and vomiting . Age, 66, 5 10, #190, BP approx. 135/70. The symptoms came on after going to bed and during a roll over the vertigo hit. This is not a long term experience. Had a complete physical Dec 2012 for a commercial drivers license and no adverse conditions were identified. I have not experienced a cold or flu, migraine, ear ringing, or hearing problems. Worse when rising from a lying position and rolling over.
