Have Faint Brown Discharge, Sore Vagina, Told Have Low Grade Cervix Lesion. Related?

what does it mean when you have brown discharge? i noticed when going to the bathroom, when wiping a faint brown very faint, however odd? i have some soreness in the vaginal area as well , however did not have intercourse, I was told by my doctor recently that i have a lesion in the cervix low grade, could this be the cause of the brown

Hi,
It seems that you might have some infection in your genital tract.
As your doctor told you have a lesion on cervix, it is better to go for Pap smear test.
Consult gynaec and get examined.
