Have Fatigue, Stiff Jaw, Inflammation On Chest And Redness In Throat. Is This Sleep Apnea Or Acid Reflux?

So for a while now i would go to sleep and weak up with weak arms, fatigue, weak legs, and shoulds; I would feel restless and my jaw is stiff. Now the stiff jaw is recent so it might be related to not breathing my teeth (Very lazy but busy person, I forget or i come home and just sleep). I went to the doctor and ask for a test to clincal prove thst i have sleep apnea but my doctor wasn't that concerned about it. I told him that i didn't breathe at night but he seemed more interested in the inflammation of my chest all over and the redness in the back of my throat. He connected that with a heart burn and gastric reflex and told me to watch my food consumptions. I want to be a doctor not a dietian so im completely oblivious to the types of food I need to consume to reduce my acidic build up. Anyways, yeah I wake up feeling weak and my jaw is stiff and hurts, i feel as tired as i went to sleep on, my vision when i wake up is like im not paying attention to things just blanking out. Which i do space out a lot but i have no known learning disabilities (no adhd or add). Could ypu please help with my smyptoms and tell me what i shold do to get bette? Oh btw I'm 16 year old black male, with a historu of heart problems in my family (uncle, grandma, and cousin), im active, might be depressed, kinf of stressed, and always hungry :) anyways please repley at your earilest convience. Thank you for your time.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

Sudden onset fatigue, stiffness in jaw, feeling like inflammation of chest can be due to anxiety or associated depression. Such symptoms can occur due to anxiety also. Sleep apnea can cause such symptoms but main presenting symptoms in such cases is loss of sleep and energy. Before going to any other doctor get yourself checked for any cardiac problem even if you are young. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed help.

Thanks
