Have Fever. Blood Test And Ultrasound Done. What Could Be The Problem?

I am 32M, had fever. My Doc did following tests and report is as below Hb 12 TLC 0000 DLC- P 80%, L 18%, M2, E 0, B 0 ESR 16 B Sugar 90 B Urea 18 Blood Picture - Adequate MP not seen and followed by an ultra sound that shows impression as fatty liver . I would like to understand what could be the problem. please help

First of all you have not written the TLC. I assume that as high. Other tests reports show there is Neutrophilia. It may occur in infective condition. So, in my opinion, you are suffering from infection.
