General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

The symptoms can be attributed to viral fever.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained with analgesic-antipyretic like Paracetamol.
If fever persists for more than 2 days or associated with other symptoms like chills, nausea, headache & body ache, etc. then kindly consult a Pediatrician for proper clinical examination.
Investigations like complete blood count, peripheral smear for malaria & dengue check will be needed.
Till then, maintain adequate hydration & proper nutrition status.

Wishing your son a good health.
Take care.
