Have Fever And Body Pain For A Long Time
Hi My mum is 73 years old she suffered a very high temprature almost 4 weeks from now and her body has never been the same
usually a very energetic lady and now she can hardly walk
her body feels heavy and she has no pain
bloods are ok and her heart is good too

Hi,
It seems that your mother is having Pyrexia of Unknown Origin (PUO ) and requires evaluation.
She requires few investigations.
1, Complete blood check up with ESR, Platelet count.
2, Complete urine check up.
3,X-ray chest.
4,Ultra sound of abdomen.
Consult physician and get examined.
After all reports we might have some clue regarding her high temperature and then plan of treatment can be decided.
Mean whle give her light diet and plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
