Have Fever, Restlessness. No Relief With Paracetamol. Done Urine Test. Need Interpretation

Here is the urine test of my daughter

Color- yellow
Transp- Turbid
- 6.0 acidic
SP. Gravity- 1.015
epithelial- few
Mucus- many
Pus Cells- 3-5/HPF
RBC- >50 HPF
Bacteria- few
Amorphous- few
Albumin- +1
Sugar- Negative
Others- Some RBC are in clumps

Blood test result

Hemoglobin- 116
Hematocrit-0.35
Wbc- 10.0
RBC-3.9
neutrophils-.74
Lymph-0.25
Eosino-0.01
Platelet count-208

My daughter has a fever for almost 4 days now and i already gave paracetamol( biogesic) but her fever did not dropped. She has 38.5-39.7 degree celsius and restless. I dont want to suspect that she has a dengue fever but her symptoms are related to dengue.

Can you pls interpret the result for me. I badly need your help. Im waiting for your response.

Hi!
your daughter's blood test report is normal except for hemoglobin and hematocrit which are slightly lower than the normal .
urine test shows large number of RBCs and pus cells 2-5.rest of the urine report is normal.
blood in urine,please ensure this may be due to urine sample collection during menstruation.if not then can be due to UTI OR stone
Since platelet count is normal so dengue doesnot seem to be the cause but if you are anxious you can get NS1 TEST AND dengue IgM done to rule out dengue.
