Dear Dr.
thanks for writing to us.
it seems quite improbable that the urea and creatinine levels which were quite high, returned to normal in between. i would like to recheck with the laboratory. At this much of renal dysfunction, ACE inhibitor group of drugs and ARBs are contraindicated and should not be ordinarily used. We can use a number of other drugs which you can discuss with your physician/ nephrologist/cardiologist. feel free to discuss for further queries.
sincerely
