After going through your reports I will try to explain you according to your question.
1 Serum cretinine is 1-1.4 usually ( according to few this is 1.6 ), so in that sense your kidneys are safe , but upper limit .
2 No your prostate is not enlarged according to your age ( 63 years ) , normally 18 cc ( gm ) so no danger except mild degree.
3 However protein level ( passing in the urine )is somewhat high, so also urea high ( upper limit is 40 few claim 50 ), no
hypertension .
In my opinion routine & periodical examination after every 6 month is important as you are a border line case of
enlarged prostate, kidney ailment .
Plenty of fluid , restriction of salts,
low protein diet, help you.
