Have Had Bronchitis, Taking Cefdinir, Dayuill And Nyquill. Still Have Congestion In Chest. Taking Ibid
I have had bronchitis for 4 days. I am taking Cefdinir 300mg, Dayuill and Nyquill, and the phlegm is no longer dark green, just yellow green sometimes. However, the congestion is still lingering on my chest. I am starting to get my sense of taste and smell back. I think maybe the abx needs to be stronger. I am taking 1bid.

Hi, not sensitive to the drug doesn't mean that the drug is not strong, it is not effective against particular organism. you may have to get the
culture and sensitivity of the phlem to be done and get treatment according to that sensitivity preference. there could also be eosinophelia, and get treatment for that also. Thank you.
