Have Had Tender Stomach, Bloating And Fever For 4 Days.

Have had tender stomach, bloating and fever for 4 days. Saw my dr yesterday. He drew blood and said he'd call if there was a reason. He also listen yo my stomach. No comment. No fever today. Still tender and bloated. Took a mild laxative last night and had a bowel movement during night which was very painful like before you have a scope. Almost passed out. Small movement early today. Did a fleets enema an hr ago. Mostly water with a little lose stool. Drinking lots of water...about 3 liters so far. Mainly want to know suggested diet? I've done blad so far but if I'm constipated should I have fiber and veggie....not that that sounds very appealing. Thank you
