Hi,
Do not worry about future of anything including your hair fall. You can ask your dermatologist to guide you regarding tapering off the medicines in better way.
Do not stop the medicines at once.

Dermatologist Dr. Johny Chacko's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
The duration of treatment depends on the type of hair fall. If it is telogen effluvium a shorter course of 3 months is usually sufficient. But if it is male pattern baldness you will have to continue tugain 5 % solution for life and you may stop the rest after 3 months.
Hope this helped
Take care
