Have Hair Fall, White Sand Like Particles, Itching And Pimples On Scalp. Took Medicines. Got Gastric Problem. Safe Remedy?

Sir my age is 24 and my body is slim. I am suffering hair fall since 4 year. My scalp is itching every day and there are small small like pimple. I have allredy used salisia kt, scalp, keto az, nizral sampo etc. And take many medicine like bioti 10+ , multi vitamin, bcousul, folligrow, h vit, many others but nothing work good. Sir plese sugest me what to do. Please save my hair my hair condition is just okey not bad so, but when waterd its seen bald some area . I think the pimples itching and fall my hair with root like white sand. Please sir help me and i have gastric problem and i am care full now and take medicine.

From your description you might be having recurrent folliculitis of the scalp and most probably male pattern baldness. A dermatologist with a trichoscope will be able to diagnose it accurately. Minoxidil 5 % and Finasteride are the approved treatments for baldness. You may apply antibiotic cream mupirocin (T Bact) on the pimples over the scalp. It is a good idea to continue antiandruff shampoo like scalpe 3 days a week as it has an additional benefit on hair fall as well.
