Have Headache And Dizziness . Have Endometiosis. Can There Be A Blockage In Stomach?

my daughter is 25yrs old. For the past month she has had dizzy spells and headaches. She is alos very very low on energy and cant hold down much food. Almost everything comes back up. She has endometiosis but never these kind of symtoms that dont go away for a month or so. Could she have a blockage in her stomach or esophogus.

Hi,

Your daughter has endometriosis .This causes menorhagia (increased bleeding) which further causes anemia which can produce dizziness and headache.

Vomiting can be due to hormonal abnormalities or due to adhesions of intestinal structure secondary to endometriosis

She requires battery of tests (hemoglobin ,Ultrasound scan to know regarding endometriosis site and any obstruction , and last CT scan brainif earlier tests mentioned are negative)

Consult gynacologist for further plan

Meantime have iron rich diet and nutricious food
