Hello ma'am and welcome.

Pregnancy cannot be rules out yet, especially as you are experiencing a delayed period. I would advise a repeat pregnancy test in a few days time this time make sure you use an early morning urine sample or to report to a doctor for a serum pregnancy test if you do not experience your period.

At the doctors, if pregnancy is ruled out, look into other causes for a delayed period.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
