Have Headaches At The Base Of The Brain. BP Is Fine. No Numbness, Have A Lot Of Stress. Drool At Night. Suggestions?

for a month now i have been experiencing daily headaches at the base of my brain, the indentation at the back of my neck. my blood pressure is fine. i have also been unsteady on my feet and sometimes feel as if i am going to drop. i had a complete cbc and all was well. no numbness,no tingling, and yes a lot of stress. i'm lethargic and sometimes feel naseous. i appear somtimes to be confused and drool at night since the headaches in which i have been taking tylenol every night since. i had some slurred speech but it along with the headaches have subsided now for 4 days since i illimanated coffee and the creamers. i don't use any sugar or substitutes.what's going on? This is so sad bc I thought it was free, i don't have a cc and i don't have insurance, the cbc was done at a clinic on a sliding scale. sorry i wasted my time when trying to seek out help.
