Have Heavily Pigmented Skin. Body Peels Work For Skin Lightning?

Hello I am wondering does body peels work for skin lightning? If I continue to use a body peel many times will my skin lighten? Also, I've been doing a lot of research on skin whitening and I must say that it is extremely confusing to get the right information. one person says one thing and then another tells something else entirely different. All I want to know is what treatments/products/medication work for my heavily pigmented skin? I've heard many "reviews" about MONOBENZONE or BENOQUIN something like that does it really work for normal tanned skin? I also wanted to try asian products. I've heard mad reviews about asian products also. Do they really work?

it depends on the cause of pigmentation as the pigmentation disturbances occur in oily skin so need to have dry skin texture to keep clear skin
fatty greesy oily and spicy food
no oily soaps shampoo creams body application materials
lot of warm water
stop milk and diary for some months
apply clindamycin gel bd

and tretinoic acid gel or retinoic acid gels at night and switch off light as it reacts with light
do for 2-3 months and keep precausions in future to have no pigmented skin
