Have High Blood Sugar Levels. Changed Diet. Have Erectile Dysfunction. Very Low Fluid Output. Consult Urologist Or An Endocrinologist?

I had extremely high blood sugar levels about 2 years ago, I have changed my diet and am eating better...I have been experiencing erectile dysfunction, I have not been able to get a full erection in over a year, very low fluid output when i do achieve orgasm, muscle loss, should I see an urologist or an endocrinologist?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since , you haven't mentioned the age.
As age advances the semen volume decrease, please keep this thing in mind and this is natural process.
For erectile dysfunction , you must consult a psychiatrist , this is my opinion.
For muscle loss and diabetes , however a Diabetologist will help.
