Hello, Your report suggests that your father is suffering from diabetic nephropathy which has resulted in chronic kidney disease(CKD).This CKD then progresses towards kidney failure called as ESRD ( end stage renal disease ). The fact is there is no treatment of CKD. There are treatments employed like slowing the progression of disease and treating the cause,contributing factors and complications of CKD.
