Have High Fever, Torn Tendon, Lesions, Symptoms Of Flu. Prescribed Cipro. X Ray Shows No Fracture. Why Is This Happening?
I fell down Aug. 26th and landed on my front. Since then, I feel like my body inside is on fire and have a burning sensation. One week and a half after that fall, I develop high fever 102-102.5 for three to four days. The doctor prescribed Cipro because he thought I had some type of infection (no symptoms of flu) but he never identified where was the infection. The impact of the fall was hard and hit my chest/rib area and tried to avoid to hit my face so i lifted my neck. the MRIs show that I have a small central amular tear between C5-C6 vertebrae and tore a tendon that wraps the hip and gluteous. The MRI also shows that I have an 8mm lesion in my C5 vertebrae but the doc told me not to be concerned and forget about it. My concern is that I told the doctor that my body feels like it has fever and I m in pain. It s around my rib cage, kidneys, liver. He gave me inflammatory meds. The ultrasound of my abdominal area is okay. The x-ray of ribs shows no fracture. Blood and urine samples are okay. Lately, my urine feels like it is very hot but I have no fever and I m starting to feel the heat in my extremities. Please advise.

You can also take intramuscular injections of nsaid to subside severe pain, fever. Start b12,folic acid,calcium,l-arginine,d3 and other supplements. Keep in touch with your doctor.
