Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your mother is probably suffering from advanced right heart failure..
Medicines are effective only up to a certain a limit...
Her medicines are appropriate – changing or holding amloc may be considered... / Weight reduction can help... Transplantation may be the only alternative, if she is otherwise fit? Only the doctor treating her can decide...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
