Have Hypothyrodism. Taking Duramine 30, Maicardis. Have Pain In Thyroid Gland After Taking Duramine
Hi Dr, I am a female of 56 yrs taking Duramine 30 for one month. I have hypthyroidism and taking blood pressure taking Maicardis 40mg. After taking Duramine I have a pain in my thyroid gland sometimes but it's tolerable. Now I am gonna take Duramine 40mg (Metermine 40mg). I lost ony 3 kilo in a month. Do I need to continue the pills ?

You are having Hypothyroidism and High blood pressure and taking Micardis for blood pressure. You have not given any Thyroxine supplementation you are taking.
You must be taking Duromine for weight loss I presume but it has lot of side effect like it can increase blood pressure and palpitations irregular heart rate.
Pain in neck or thyroid glad may or may not be related to Duromine.
The most effective and safe method of weight loss is taking care of diet low calories and regular exercise is best.
You must consult your Physician regarding use of this medicine. I would suggest please do not take this medicine by yourself.
