Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I have gone through your query with diligence, and it appears as though you do have multiple problems, but all that is required is to reach a balance. This might take time.

Your doctor was right in advising against medications which might raise the prolactin levels, and as that is normalizing it is good.

Your thyroid hormones will have to be constantly monitored, and a medication should be advised only if they rise above normal again, until then, please refrain from any thyroid medication.

Another fact we need to pay special attention to is your PCOD. This condition alone can result in problems with fertility. The CCQ tablet is the right treatment that has to be prescribed in females with PCOD who wish to conceive. Please continue this medication, which will promote and protect pregnancy.

Folic acid, calcium and iron should be advised 2 months before you start trying to conceive, it appears as though the iron supplement is missing from your regimen, please initiate the same with your doctors advise.

I wish you lots of luck and a safe and uneventful pregnancy, to yield a healthy and beautiful baby. God bless.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
