Have Increased Heart Rate And Difficulty Sleeping. What Does It Indicate?

I was just trying to go to sleep, but my heart won't slow down. It seems like it's beating to fast though i checked my pulse and counted 41 in 30 seconds - which as I looked up is not abnormal. But it's 11:00 and i work hard all day, get up early and usually am exhausted by 9:30. Why can't I go to sleep. feeling shaky too, never felt like this before. I'm in pretty good shape, exercise regularly, but don't feel right at all

in my opinon it may be tension related psychogical or some internal viral whch can cause this
it depends on prvious histoy of what is the background or if you suffered from any disease usage of medicines for other diseases
all can be corekated to find the cause
