Have Internal Heat, Radiating Throughout Body, Skin Red In Color, Feels Like Fire. How To Overcome This?

Randomly, I have internal heat that radiates to different areas of my body. It does not always start in the same area and the incidents last longer and are becoming more intense. It feels like I am literally on fire. My skin gets very red like I have a very bad sunburn. After the fire goes away, my skin itches. After that, I feel fine.

Welcome to HCM.
Symptoms are most likely due to some allergic reaction in the body called urticaria.
You have to find out any triggering factor for it.
Also go for investigations like cbc, aec, fbs, ppbs, thyroid profile to rule out any underlying condition.
Otherwise take levocetrizine or fexofenedine to subside itching and redness.
Apply calamine/aloevera locally.
Consult your family physician for further guidance and medical management.
