Hello,
Thank you for your question.

Your primary concern is your surgery for invasive carcinoma of the breast.
I am sure your doctor has put you through routine blood tests to check for medical fitness for surgery.

With respect to your increased Bilirubin and ALP, I suggest you get an ultrasound scan of your liver and gall bladder and discuss the report with your doctor.

Both bilirubin and ALP can be elevated in cholestasis, a condition where there is obstruction to flow of bile. Gall bladder stones are the commonest cause. If not stones then you may have to get checked for hepatitis.

Whatever it is, a bilirubin of 2.1 is marginally higher than normal and I hope that it will get restored soon.
Take care.
