Have Irregular Periods. Prescribed Lupifolin. No Periods Yet. Pregnant?

I married 10 months back. wife has the problem of irregular periods. Oct.2nd was the last period. on oct21st, we consulted a doctor and he prescribed Lupifolin for one month. On 19th Nov. it was completed. till now there was no period. so on 20th we used preg card test . but result was negative. why it is so . kindly advise sir..

You have not mentioned how irregular are the cycles. Lupifolin is a prenatal vitamin and is generally used as a supplement before and during pregnancy ( folic acid). You wife may be suffering from problem of Polycystic ovarian syndrome where there is inability of the ovaries to ovulate with hormonal imbalance in the body. kindly get an USG done to look for polycystic ovaries and a hormonal assay done.
