Have Irregular Periods And Hormonal Disorders, Not Pregnant, Severe Chest Pain. Reason?

Hi dr I m 40 years old I have irregular periods n hormonal disorders, I didn t get my period for 2months I tested not pregnant so the doctor prescribed gynera pills I took it for 2 weeks ,since the beguining I felt general fatigue n pain all over my body but 2days ago i experienced severe pain in my chest and abdominal pain up to now I m taking pain killers but it s not gone plz help me to find out if it s from gynera pills.

Hi,many pills are gastric irritants, and they may not be irritant to all. Any how the pain you have might be the gastric irritation, due to that one can feel fatigue and body pains.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperidone, and antacd gel. Thank you.
