Have Itchiness In Groin Causing Cuts And Pain. It Gets Patchy With Smelly Odor. Treatment?

Hi, I am a 16yr old male, and every now and again my groin gets intensely itchy and I scratch it, and after a few hours the itchiness goes away, but in place of that I get this what looks like a cut, and it causes sharp pains, and then it starts to get patchy and starts peeling and has a very smelly odor. Whats wrong with me?

The descriptions provided is suggestive of a fungal infection most probably due to unhygienic conditions or moist undergarments mostly due to excessive sweating.

The Treatment recommended is to keep care of your hygiene including undergarments and skin as well. Topical anti-fungal like ketoconazole often available in combination with hydrocortisone ointment and an antiallergic preferably loratidine or fexofenadine for itch and rash symptoms.
All the drugs are on the counter available.
