Have Itching On The Penis Along With Pain During Urination. No Medication Now. How To Get Rid Of It?

I feel like some itching sensation at the starting and bottom side of the bladder. Since few days, if I pee after few hours, may be after sleep, it's paining. I go to Gym regularly, soooooo I used to take whey protein but never felt any as such but recently about 3 weeks back I started amino tablets. I also masturbate veryyyyyyy often, almost daily. Sometimes twice a day and sometimes even thrice.. Please give the solution to reduce this

Hi,
It seems that all the symptoms are vague. All are related with mind .
Masturbation is totally normal procedure. Never mind how many times. Physically there would be no problem. Only mind may be affecting. The repentness for masturbation is harmful.otherwise all good.
Thanks,

Dr. Ilyas Patel MD, DVD
