Have Itchy Bumps On Abdomen, Back And Shins. Have Been Laying On Tanning Bed. Cause?

I am 35 years old, I know sunbed a are not recommended but my question is: I have been laying in a tanning bed for 10 years off and on wel recently I started laying bout week n half and I started breaking out wit itchy bumps just on my abdomen , back and on my shins...can u please give me sum advise of what these bumps maybe? I do have pictures I can send!

Hi, it seems there could be 2 possibilities it could either be a solar or a cholinergic urticaria.
I would suggest you to stop laying out in sun for sometime and start oral fexofenadine 180 twice a day for 2 weeks.
