Have Itchy Rash Inner Thighs, Spreading To Stomach, Had Abortion, Having Protected Sex. Cause?

hello, I am experiencing an itchy rash on inner thighs, and is spreading to my stomach and arms. They are small, but become patchy after scratching. I recently had an abortion, about 3 weeks ago to be exact, and I started having protected sex a week after. I've never had an allergic reaction to latex or lube, but could it be the abortion? I had a medical abortion.

Welcome to healthcare magic forum

You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the groin region..Which can be either tinea infection or candidiasis...
You should try to keep the groin region clean and dry
Do not apply any kind of oils or moisturizing creams over the groin region
Wear cotton undergarments inorder to reduce sweating.
Apply Terbinafine gel over the affected area twice a day.
Also take oral antifungals like fluconazole like 150 mg once a week for upto 6 weeks.
And to relieve the itching, take oral antihistamines like levocetrizine once a day .

This infection does not seem to have any relation with the medical abortion that you just had..
