Hi, Welcome to HCM, I have gone through your investigations and details, you must understand that treatment of liver enzymes depends on cause, in your case if you was having high level of cholesterol and triglyceride you are taking statin and Fenofibrate combination please discuss with your treating Physician if there is no other cause like use of alcohol, viral hepatitis or any autoimmune disease then the drug it self may be cause of mild rise in liver enzymes. If your triglyceride is only 150 you can take plain atorvastatin and stop fenofibrate as combination drug more toxic to liver.Even dose of statin may be reduced to half. All liver supplements efficacy is questionable so visit a good Gastroenterologist/Internal medicine specialist and discuss your problem and may stop all such supplements like Tab : Livolexin Cap : Adliv forte. Hope this helps. Take care. Good Luck. Dr. Akhilesh Dubey. M.D
