Have Light Spotting Before Periods. Can This Be An Early Sign Of Pregnancy?

My period is suppose to start tomorrow, but I have not experienced the normal 2-3 days of light bleeding/ spotting before it starts. I had light bleeding/spotting (light pink) for a day last week & thought my periods were starting (as my cycle varies from 24-28 days) but it just went away. Can this be an early sign of pregnancy?

The bleeding you had last week can be ovulation bleeding. If u think on lines of impantation bleeding it normally occurs around 12-14 days after ovulation. To confirm for pregnancy you should wait to miss your period and do a URINE PREGNANCY TEST with the early morning sample.
