Have Little Fluid In Middle Ear. ENT Dr Said Everything Is Normal. Have Sharp Pain In Ear, Skull Part. Suggestions?

# weeks ago I had crickets in my right ear with no pain went to Dr. he said there was a little fluid in my middle ear went on Bactrom for two weeks crickets went away for a week sound of light hissing sound came back 3 days latter. Went to ear throught noise Dr. he found nothing that was Thursday now I have off and on sharp pain behind my right right in the skull part. I have never had a ear ach with all this it feels like I was hit in the skull rvrey time I get the pain

The middle ear must have infected due to insect impaction, you can try some antibiotic ear drops ( Ofloxacine ) with steroid contains ( Dexamethasone) steroid will cover the allergic part, the collection of fluid could be due to allergic reaction, you just try these, you will get OK have nice day.
