Hi,
During the middle trimester, it is natural for the blood pressure to fall and the demands of the fetus increase and symptoms of hypovolemia can present. Yet, since you have the symptoms suggestive of cardiac origin, you should see a physician for further evaluation and help. You may also need to test your blood sugar levels and monitor regularly. Take adequate rest, in left lateral position whenever possible, eat frequent, small meals and take adequate liquids. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
