Have Lower Abdomen Pain, Bloating, Radiating To Lower Back, More Urination. What Could Be This?

I have lower abdomen pain kind of like constant and bloating and it radiates to my lower back and it's constant there or sometimes it'll do the opposite but they usually both hurt at the same time. And for the most part it's not sharp it's more dull or ache. I just hold it when it hurts and the pain slowly just gets worse. And today I've peed more then usually but I drank cranberry juice.

Hello,

The symptoms are suggestive of Urinary tract infection.

In this situation I would advise my patient to continue drinking Cranberry juice as it is effective against UTI's.
You may need an ultrasound of the abdomen and urine test to rule out UTI.
Prescribe antispasmodic for pain and a course of antibiotic for infection.
Consult and discuss with your doctor. He will help you with the diagnosis and treatment of this condition.
