Have Lower Abdominal Pain. Ultrasound Showing Cyst In The Ovaries. Heavy Bleeding. Solution?

i m 26y,from around 1mont i have a lower abdomen pain till today,there for i go to doctor n doctor advice me to ultrasound ,after than found cyst in both the ovaries which is large,regarding my cycle is normal but in second day may lead heavy flow.so kindly giva me proper solution i m so much tens about my marrige life n for baby,still now i m unmarried,plz help me.

i would like to know the size in cms of the cyst, locularity,in detail.
if ur cyst is less than 8cms and unilocular.it is most probaby not malignant.
u can wait upto 3 months .do a follow up usg every month to note size of the cyst.
also start o.c pills starting from ur menstrual cycle.this will take care of ur blood loss and help in regression of cyst.
dont worry u will be fine
i mostly think that the cyst mght be benign only.
if in doubt u can do CT pelvis and ca125
