Have Lower Left Abdominal Pain Radiating To Back. CT And Pelvic Scan Fine. Advice?

I have lower left abdominal pain that radiates into my back, it's a burning sensation And also.a stabbing sensation
I had blood work! Urinalysis ! And even a pelvic exam And CT scan. They couldn't find anything wrong?
The pain is still there. Sometimes very painful and other times just burning sensation? I'm getting irritated that its not going away. What else can I do? I am a 40 yr old female and always heathy . I will prob follow up with my dr. The tests were done in ER. But if they found nothing on a CT what else could they check?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
As your all reports are normal, nothing to worry.
There is nothing big problem to be worried.
It seems that you might be having chronic constipation or some chronic gastro-intestinal infection like chronic amoebiasis or chronic dysentery.
After consulting your doctor go for treatment and you will be alright.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
