Have Lump In Under Arm, Told To Be Harmless Cyst. Its Red, Stingy And Irritating. Cure?

Hi, I have a lump under my arm , it's been there for a few years and I got it checked by a doctor a long time ago. I was told it is a harmless cyst. Now it's irritating me, it's becoming a bit red and stingy and is sore when I move my arm even when I am driving it is sore. Should I get it checked again? It did come to a head a few years ago and burst but I hope this does not happen again. I would like to get it removed.

Hi,
It seems that cyst is infected and giving rise to this problem.
Consult surgeon and get it excised with sac so there is no reccurance in future.
