Have Lump On Breast, Sore, Changes Size, Shape, Fibrous Tissue Swelling. Had Periods, Overweight
I had my period last week and everything was normal. On Friday, after a long day, when I took off my bra I immediately noticed a lump right under my nipple that had not been there that morning. It is sore, especially if pressed. It changes size and shape somewhat throughout the day. It does not feel like a round lump, more a swelling of the fibrous tissue. I am overweight and have put on a few pounds over the last month.
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Better to consult gynecologist or general surgeon once and get examined to find out the actual nature of the lump.
You may need mammography and FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) to detect the possible nature of the lump.
Depending on the result you can go for treatment.
According to your description there is possibility of benign lump, so don't worry.
