Have Lumps Around The Groin Area. Have Been Using Neosporin And Antibiotics. What To Do Now?

I have two small, tender lumps under the skin around my groin area. One near the anus that's been there for weeks and one I just noticed inbetween my thigh and testicles. Painless until I press them, not visible, no response to Neosporin... I took antibiotics for an NGU about two weeks ago, but one of the lumps was there before I was prescribed them. Any thoughts?

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
It might be due to ingrown hairs.
Its good that you atre using neosporin.
Another course of oral antibiotics would be better.
A culture of organism from lesion will help you know what exactly is causing this

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
