Have Missed Periods. Got Milky Discharge. Have Light Headaches. Frequent Urination. Acid And Heartburn. Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy?

My last period was around the 2nd week of september. I did not have my period for october, and still have not had my period. it is now november 6th and still no period. I have been having light cramps off and on for the past 2 or 3 weeks. Several weeks ago I had a thick milky discharge for 2 or 3 days. I have been having light headaches for the past 2 weeks and fatigue. Also i have been having to urinate more than usual. sometimes every hour or two. I have also been having alot of acid or heartburn the past few weeks. i have taken at least 5 at home pregnancy tests all with negative results. The last one i took was around the 1st of november. Could i be pregnant?

Hi,
So many pregnancy tests, if performed following the instructions, rule out pregnancy. Your symptoms, though, are suggestive of early pregnancy. I would suggest a serum beta-hCG titre coupled with a trans-vaginal sonogram along with a thorough clinical examination. Pregnancy should be confirmed/excluded at the earliest. If pregnancy can be excluded, you should be investigated for hormonal imbalances and treated. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you good health.

Hi,

According to the medical data provided by you, it is most likely you are having urinary and genital infection, for which you should be treated accordingly.

Therefore, I suggest to do urine analysis and culture and sensitivity together with vaginal swab testing and transvaginal echo.

With regards to pregnancy, you can take another test if you still do not have any period. If the test is negative, I'd suggest to consult a gynecologist to make your periods normal.

Hope it helped!
