Have Missed Periods, Cramps, Red Discharge. Took Contraceptives. Pregnant?

Hi doctor i have skipped my period for the past eight months I've always had irregular periods so i was on a contraceptive to improve my hormone which let me to have my period on a monthly basis i stoped the treatment about a year ago, now for the past week I've had period pains cramps, but no bleeding but just finish reddish discharge I've done pregnancy tests previously but now since the cramps started cause i doubt i would be pregnant what cuz it be

The delay in the periods that you have can be due to pregnancy or due to a hormonal disturbance. A urine test for pregnancy will help in detecting the pregnancy.
