Have Missed Periods, Pregnancy Test Positive. On Sysron-N, Antacid. Feel Dizzy, Weak, Vomiting Sensation. Suggestions?

hi... my name is Diya... actually I missed my periods, which was on 8th of September, followed to which after a week or so I tried pregnancy test using a device.. which resulted positive... I also visited a Gynecologist seeking advice to abort the child putting my current health situation... She gave me some medicine to take and had asked me to visit her back after 10 days... i visited the doctor on 19th September...

the medicine advised by the doctor are Sysron-N twice a day, Ondem MD twice a day along with an antacid Pantocid 40 which to be taken early in the morning empty stomach... and CoBaDex CZS (Zinc and Selenium tablets) And Gemcal-D3 (calcium and vitamin d3 capsules)

well the medicine prescribed to me is over apart from CoBaDex & Gemcal-D3....

I still fell dizzy, weakness is there as well as vomiting tendency is also there... so in that regards could please suggest me what should i do....
