Have Missing Periods. On Duphaston. No Bleeding Yet. Have Enlarged Breasts. Pregnancy?

Hi my name is Hina, my periods were due on the 20 th of last month but didn't occur till the 1 st of this month . I was quite excited about it and started taking duphaston from 1st till the 6th and today is 12 the but there is no bleeding .i have enlarged n irritated breasts n also have cramps occasionally but m too scared to do pregnancy test. Could this be pregnancy?

Just missing of periods, enlarged breasts and cramps do not signify pregnancy. These symptoms can be present in other conditions as well.
To establish pregnancy, you need to have a positive urine for pregnancy test. But urine for pregnancy can be false positive as well. You then confirmation by ultrasound which will show the presence of sac (gestational sac) in the uterus.
