Have Mono. Ocular Manifestations Of Mono?

i am a second year optometry student and i was just diagnosed with mono. i was flexing my ddx muscles on ocular manifestations of the disease. came up with some; all of which seem rare in the literature but nonetheless they are . . . acute dacryocystitis, conjunctival lymphoid tumours, optic neuritis, dacryoadenitis, follicular conjunctivitis, Conjunctival lymphocytic infiltrates.
are there any others that i may be missing by either research or just by experience?

hi,the sysmptoms i am including are based on some articles i have read till now hope this may help you.
1.those affecting the neuro-ophthalmic apparatus of the central nervous system
2.those involving the eye and its adnexa
group 1 is perhaps better known and include extra occular muscle palsies, ptosis, nystagmus, disturbances of conjugate deviation, scotoma, hemianopia, hippus, papilloedema and optic neuritis.
